REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR EVENTS ORGANIZED BY SULEY GROUP LLC

Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket sales are final unless the specific refund policy and procedure is available for a specific event. 

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event details. Suley Group, Inc. may at its discretion establish its own refund policies for each event organized by Suley Group, Inc. Please read carefully the event details if refund is available for that event and what are specific conditions and deadlines for such refund. In general, refunds, if available for the particular event, can include the full purchase price, except certain merchant or other fees if such fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for Canceled Events

Suley Group, Inc. will contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees, except certain merchant or other fees if such fees are non-refundable. Tickets for cancelled events will be voided upon issuing the refund and will not grant the right to access the venue at the previously set day and time.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events

Suley Group, Inc. will contact you with the new date and time of the event ASAP. If the refund is available for this particular event, you have to contact Suley Group, Inc. as soon as possible within the deadline set for that particular event. Suley Group, Inc. will issue you a full refund, except certain merchant or other fees if such fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions

We can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away. Some venues and artists, performers, etc. have a "no refunds or exchanges" policy. Please see particular event page for more details. Exceptions to the Refund & Exchange Policy include VIP, and other premium tickets; resale and auction tickets; tickets purchased with additional items or bundled products; tickets later discounted; and other special types of tickets. Please see particular event page for more details.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one by its clients or if we set the event as non-refundable, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and we may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees, except certain merchant or other fees if such fees are non-refundable. In no event will delivery prices or any other fees or amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
