Are you ready to discover the new and exciting trends of the upcoming 2025 season? Miami Swim Week® just unveiled the eagerly awaited Spring/Summer Collection at New York Fashion Week at the shows hosted at the iconic Paramount Building on Broadway in Times Square in NYC.

Renowned for its showcase of swimwear, resort wear, and couture, this annual event draws the crème de la crème of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle innovators. On September 6th, emerging and established designers presented their breathtaking Spring/Summer 2025 collections, setting the stage for a fashion experience unlike any other.

For its second year, NYFW Shows Powered by Miami Swim Week® made a triumphant return to New York Fashion Week, dazzling the audience with an array of captivating Spring/Summer 2025 collections. Originally conceived in Miami as "Miami Swim Week® – The Shows," this fashion showcase, founded by Moh Ducis, expanded its global influence with an even more dynamic presentation this season.

The events at the New York Fashion Week (NYFW) kicked off on September 5th by spotlighting sustainable fashion with a Sustainable Fashion Presentation by Smart Swimsuits. These innovative swimsuits blend cutting-edge technology with eco-conscious design, using recycled ocean plastics to reduce waste and contribute to ocean cleanup efforts.

What sets Smart Swimsuits apart is their integration of technology, including UV detection sensors that alert wearers when to reapply sunscreen and thermal regulation fabrics for optimal comfort. This blend of style, functionality, and sustainability showcases how far eco-friendly fashion has come.

In addition to the runway shows, NYFW featured panel discussions with industry leaders on sustainable materials, the role of technology in fashion, and ethical production practices. The event highlighted a shift toward more responsible fashion consumption, proving that style and sustainability can go hand in hand.

The exclusive evening continued with a Fashion Industry Reception at the elegant Civilian Hotel, a stylish gathering of fashion industry professionals. Held on Thursday, September 5th, the event brought together designers, models, stylists, and fashion enthusiasts to celebrate the creativity and innovation that define Fashion Month in New York.

Attendees enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere, mingling and exchanging ideas while building valuable connections within the fashion community. NYFW Shows 2024 – Spring/Summer Collections

On the following day (Friday September 6) of the New York Fashion Week, the long-awaited and highly anticipated unveiling of the Spring/Summer 2025 Collections took center stage in the heart of Times Square at the iconic Paramount Building on Broadway. This annual event continues to be a premier platform for both swim/resort wear and haute couture, drawing some of the most influential designers and innovators in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

This season was particularly thrilling, with a lineup of twelve emerging and established designers from around the globe showcasing their collections, each unveiling their unique vision for the upcoming season.

Designers Axil Swim, Barquita, Andrea Venturoli, eKaye Collection, ÖFUURË, Oh Polly, Danjana Fashion, MILUS ROSE, Rossely Tapia, Grey/Ven, ëa Lingerie, and Amarotto Swimwear, graced the runway, offering a diverse blend of bold, vibrant, and elegant pieces. The show transformed into a true celebration of creativity and innovation, leaving the audience in awe of the dynamic fusion of style, functionality, and artistry that defines the future of fashion.

ÖFUURË stayed true to its vibrant African-inspired roots, presenting bold, colorful patterns that celebrated women of all shapes and sizes. AXIL SWIM embraced versatility, offering timeless swimwear that effortlessly transitions into chic eveningwear, perfect for creating mix-and-match looks. eKaye Collection delivered a lineup of sensual yet timeless pieces, using luxurious satin fabrics in dresses and skirts to underscore women's femininity and allure. Grey/Ven impressed with a polished resort wear collection, seamlessly merging modern, timeless silhouettes with edgy leather looks that easily shift from beachside lounging to night-out sophistication. Danjana Fashion once again validated its glamorous DNA, presenting feminine, body-hugging leather pieces and elegantly tailored silhouettes that exuded confidence and charm. Amarotto Swimwear wowed the crowd with its handcrafted designs, utilizing delicate Colombian artisan techniques to create swimwear that radiated craftsmanship and elegance. ëa Lingerie offered a daring yet feminine take on lingerie, with edgy metal details, animal prints, and flowing cover-ups that brought an elevated sensuality to the runway. Rossely Tapia focused on body-hugging, soft designs that celebrated femininity, creating a collection that exuded grace and understated elegance. MILUS ROSE championed body positivity and self-love with its vibrant resort wear collection, featuring bold colors and inclusive sizing, making a statement for women of all shapes. Oh Polly transported the audience back to the golden age of Hollywood with effortless cocktail and evening dresses that embodied the timeless glamour of the 1950s. Barquita unveiled a striking collection of vibrant and colorful swimwear catering to women, men, and children, effortlessly blending bold designs with playful energy for a standout runway moment. Finally, Andrea Venturoli made a bold statement with her fiery red designs, blending strength and elegance in pieces that embodied the power and beauty of femininity.

After Party – New York Fashion Week at Hotel Indigo

The show finale at New York Fashion Week concluded with an unforgettable after-party at the chic Indigo Hotel on Friday, September 6th. From 11:00 PM until late, the evening was filled with style, energy, and vibrant beats, providing the perfect celebration for designers, models, influencers, and fashion enthusiasts.

Set against the sophisticated backdrop of the Indigo Hotel, guests enjoyed electrifying music from top DJs, signature cocktails, and an ambiance that perfectly captured the essence of New York’s fashion scene. The event offered the ideal space to unwind after a full day of runway shows or to kick off a stylish weekend in the city.
