Dubai’s Museum of the Future (MOTF), the landmark initiative by the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), is set to make a historic debut at the prestigious South by Southwest (SXSW®) festival in Austin, Texas, from March 7 to 11, 2025. This marks the first time the museum will showcase its groundbreaking exhibitions and immersive experiences outside of Dubai, providing SXSW^® attendees an unprecedented opportunity to engage with its visionary fusion of art, innovation, and storytelling.

The five-day event will feature 20 curated experiences through panel discussions, cultural activations, and a specially designed pop-up museum, all aimed at exploring some of the most pressing global issues of our time, including space exploration, nature, health, and artificial intelligence. The Museum of the Future's participation in SXSW^® 2025 is a testament to Dubai's strategic vision of fostering global collaboration in technology, culture, and tourism. First unveiled at the Dubai Future Forum, this installation is also on display at the Museum of the Future in Dubai. More than just an exhibition, this showcase is an invitation to reimagine the future, pushing the boundaries of technology, culture, and human potential.

Thought-provoking discussions will feature a diverse range of voices often underrepresented in conversations about the future. From Arab filmmakers and acclaimed writers to astronauts, panelists will explore topics such as the evolving role of artificial intelligence in society.
