Seattle, WA – Fashion District NW and The Museum of Flight are joined forces for the third time for the highly anticipated annual Fashion In Flight runway show. Scheduled to take off on Saturday, November 8, this spectacular event will showcase some of the Pacific Northwest’s most talented and visionary designers. Celebrating the region’s creative spirit, Fashion In Flight highlights diverse aesthetics, bold innovation, and the distinctive style that continues to define the Northwest’s dynamic fashion landscape.

This extravagant fusion of fashion and aviation promises to deliver an unforgettable evening that soars beyond the ordinary. Guests will experience a fresh perspective on couture design and contemporary style, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of historic and modern aircraft at The Museum of Flight. The result is a visually stunning environment that amplifies the show’s innovative spirit and celebrates the artistry of both fashion and flight.

By hosting a high-fashion runway in a non-traditional venue like an aviation museum, Fashion in Flight merges art, culture, and technology into a bold creative statement. This collaboration highlights the sleek lines, precision, and aesthetics of aviation as direct inspiration for the designers, creating garments that echo movement and engineering. The event not only honors design excellence but also promotes education, innovation, and the enduring legacy of aerospace exploration.

Attendees can look forward to an exceptional, immersive experience where the worlds of fashion and aviation collide in a dazzling showcase of imagination. The show celebrates innovation, inclusivity, and the creative diversity driving the Pacific Northwest’s fashion scene. Fashion in Flight aims to leave a lasting impression on every guest, redefining the traditional runway show as a one-of-a-kind celebration of style, artistry, and ambition.

This year’s exciting journey will feature an impressive lineup of visionary designers ready to captivate audiences with their newest collections at The Museum of Flight. Taking center stage are Elena Razlog, More Lashay’s, Riah the Label, Sew Hot Right Now, and Takke One Second — each bringing their unique aesthetic and storytelling to the runway. Together, they promise an unforgettable evening of creativity that lifts fashion to new heights.

Elena Razlog

Elena Razlog is a professional opera singer and costume designer engaged with Vancouver Opera and UBC Opera. A graduate of CUT Vancouver Fashion Academy, she brings expertise in garment design and costume history to her theatrical work.

Elena recently designed costumes for the Canadian premiere of G. Benjamin’s "Into the Little Hill" with Astrolabe Music Theatre and Vancouver Opera.

Her credits include "Eugene Onegin," "Midsummer Night’s Dream," and "Eine Nacht in Venedig." Elena’s new collection, “Fabric of Opera,” celebrates iconic opera heroines, blending haute couture fashion with the elegance and timeless beauty of opera.

More Lashay’s

More Lashay’s: s a bold and stylish boutique created to inspire confidence and individuality through fashion. Her mission is to provide statement pieces that empower women to express themselves unapologetically. She started More Lashay’s during her journey with Crohn’s disease. Battling a chronic illness taught her resilience, strength, and the importance of feeling confident no matter what life throws at you.

Fashion became her outlet and voice. Through More Lashay’s, she wants other women to feel that same power, to walk with confidence, own their style, and know they are unstoppable.

Riah The Label

Riah The Label was founded by Mariah Keopple, a professional ice hockey player for PWHL Seattle who has always carried a passion for design. Blending her worlds of athletics and creativity, she created the brand as a way to tell stories through elevated and curated pieces that are not meant to sit in the closet for the perfect time, but to be embraced for the everyday runway.

At its core, Riah The Label is about self-expression and discovering personal power through clothing. With a background in professional sport, Riah The Label understands the beauty of strength. Her clothing is crafted to honor the built body—with structured tailoring and soft details, our designs empower both movement and confidence for all.

Sew Hot Right Now

Sew Hot Right Now is a Seattle-based fashion brand that celebrates bold self-expression through whimsical, geek-chic designs. This woman-owned brand serves dopamine dressing with a side of nerdcore realness. Often influenced by art and science, they bring vintage inspired looks that scream “main character energy” and turn everyday outfits into statements.

Whether you're cosplaying your way through brunch or just want to look sew dang good, this shop’s got your back. Handmade, unapologetic, and slightly unhinged in the best way, because looking sew hot is now officially a lifestyle.

Takke One Second

Takke One Second was founded by designer Abir Slim, who moved from Lebanon to the Seattle area over 25 years ago. The brand’s name, meaning "one second" in Arabic, reflects how life can transform in an instant. Abir’s journey began in hardship—after her father passed away, her mother supported the family through tailoring, working tirelessly to provide. Sitting beside her mother, Abir became fascinated by sewing, watching fabric turn into art and sketching her own designs with dreams of the future.

Enduring challenges and inspired by her heritage, she eventually realized her vision, launching her own fashion brand in Seattle. Each piece is a tribute to resilience, creativity, and the power of decisive moments. Abir’s story is woven into every design, celebrating the determination and hope that carried her from a childhood in Lebanon to a new life and career in the Pacific Northwest.
