I have been planning an interview with Carole McClellan, an American designer noted for using leather and repurposed fur for quite a while. I was trying to remember how long we’ve known each other. I believe it has been 15 years. Time flies! I have experienced the luxury of having Carole design several unique pieces. Carole has been an incredible mentor for me. I would always seek advice from Carole on either producing a fashion show, consulting on the teaching material for my fashion marketing and branding courses, working with local fashion designers, or asking her to share fashion industry knowledge and expertise on the fashion discussion panel at the Fashion Group International, Seattle Chapter.

DBA You Are The Angel is honored to announce a special multi-state fundraiser Compassion with Fashion: Rise with Ukraine, which will be held on May 19, 2022 in New York NY, Seattle WA, Fremont CA, and Scottsdale AZ. Compassion With Fashion: Rise With Ukraine will feature a fashion show of traditional Ukrainian clothing and jewelry, talent performances, art exhibitions, silent auctions and live auctions in selected cities. Interview with the designer David Tupaz at the couture installation "Fashion Retrospective" at the Art Institute of Seattle. David Tupaz is an artist and a fashion "couture" designer. The only established designer in Nevada. Representing Las Vegas in every major Fashion week in the country. He is a regular on the red carpet, dressing celebrities, and movie stars during award seasons. He is the founder of the "Las Vegas Fashion Design Council," a non-profit that mentors local designers, creative youth, students, artists, and others.
