Compassion with Fashion: Rise With Ukraine May 19, 2022
Central Park Angels Inc. DBA You Are The Angel is honored to announce a special multi-state fundraiser Compassion with Fashion: Rise with Ukraine, which will be held on May 19, 2022 in New York NY, Seattle WA, Fremont CA, and Scottsdale AZ. The proceeds from this fundraiser will directly benefit the people of Ukraine.
Compassion With Fashion: Rise With Ukraine will feature a fashion show of traditional Ukrainian clothing and jewelry, talent performances, art exhibitions, silent auctions and live auctions in selected cities. Ukrainian Traditional Fashion is provided by 2KOLYORY brand and headpieces are designed by Cossack Cowgirl. The event in NYC is organized with the support from The Ukrainian Museum and will be hosted by Miss America 2013 and Miss New York City 2012, Mallory Hagan. The Seattle event is supported by the UAWS - Ukrainian Association of Washington State

Due to Covid-19, we have decided to film Fashion is ART and release it for an in-person screening at our Fashion is ART Release Party on Saturday, May 1st at Tin Can Alley in Tacoma. The Fashion is ART Release Party will be having two screenings of Fashion is ART 2021 both with a limited number of tickets available, so we have decided to release Fashion is ART online free to the public on Thursday, May 6th.

The role art plays in Hiba Jameel’s life goes well beyond the finished piece on the canvas. Art has helped her heal. It’s spurred conversation. It’s what she looks forward to at the start of each day. Art is a lifelong passion Jameel is able to devote more time to now that she’s pressed pause on pursuing a career as a nutritionist.
“I needed to become the artist that’s in my head,” said Jameel. “I wake up, go to sleep all I think about is paintings, art, applying to shows, creating more, getting my work out there.”

Seattle, Washington (March 1st, 2017) - SULEY ERA opens the 2017 season with their fifth SULEY en Vogue Night on March 25th, an event for influencers in technology, fashion, music, art, film and entrepreneurship. The SULEY en Vogue Nights of the year 2017 will be held at the exquisite luxury private club, The Ruins in Seattle.
After successfully launching four SULEY en Vogue Nights in 2016, multimedia promotional platform SULEY ERA is bringing together the city’s creative and influential people in various creative and innovative industries to connect with like-minded professionals and artists.
Compassion with Fashion
The Compassion with FASHION event brought the fashion community together to help two young individuals, 6-year-old Preston Scott fighting with cancer and 1-year-old baby Nikol Culver, recovering after a liver transplant and raised over $30,000 . Designers Third & Loom, Victoria Postolit, Elita Couture, MXN Clothing, Justin Zachary, and La Belle Rêve showcased their collections on the runway.
Live music was performed by Roger Fisher (Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and founding member of the band HEART), Solar Quantum Band with special guest Elena Maque, opera singer Faina Morozov, Svetlana & Demetrio Sanchez, and Constanin Sokolov.
